Nitro District
★★★★☆ 4.3
Nitro District is pure arcade racing, and it knows it. The handling is loose in the best way — you're meant to slide through corners, bank boost, and dive back onto the racing line. It feels great on a touchscreen once you settle into tilt or tap steering.
The garage side is lighter than in bigger racers, but tuning grip and boost timing actually changes how a car feels. I spent longer than I'd admit tweaking one car just to shave a couple seconds off a track.
Track variety is the highlight. Neon downtown loops, rainy dockyards, tight canyon runs — each one wants a slightly different approach, and mastering a hard track is genuinely rewarding.
What we liked
- Satisfying drift-focused handling
- Meaningful but simple car tuning
- Varied tracks that each demand a different line
